Nylon PA6 hose, models 76/1 and 76/2, is a versatile product packaged in 100 meter rolls, designed for use in pneumatic, hydraulic and oleodynamic circuits. With an operating temperature range of -10°C to +80°C, model 76/1 has an external diameter of 4 mm and an internal diameter of 2 mm, with a maximum working pressure of 56 bar and a burst pressure of 167 bar, while model 76/2 has an external diameter of 6 mm and an internal diameter of 4 mm, with a working pressure of 33 bar and a burst pressure of 100 bar. Both models offer good flexibility thanks to the minimum bending radius, respectively 25 mm for 76/1 and 45 mm for 76/2, ensuring high performance and reliability for a wide range of industrial applications.
The PA6 Nylon hose, models 76/3, 76/4 and 76/5, is packaged in 100-meter rolls and designed to ensure high performance in pneumatic, hydraulic and oleodynamic circuits. This hose operates in a temperature range of -10°C to +80°C. The 76/3 model has an external diameter of 8 mm and an internal diameter of 6 mm, with a maximum working pressure of 24 bar and a burst pressure of 71 bar, while the 76/4 has an external diameter of 10 mm and an internal diameter of 8 mm, with a working pressure of 19 bar and a burst pressure of 56 bar. Finally, the 76/5 model offers an external diameter of 12 mm and an internal diameter of 10 mm, with a working pressure of 15 bar and a burst pressure of 45 bar. Each model guarantees an adequate bending radius, respectively 65 mm, 80 mm and 100 mm, ensuring flexibility and adaptability for different industrial applications.
The 765 cable tie pliers, with a length of 195 mm, are designed for nylon cable ties up to 9 mm wide and include a cutting blade for the excess part, with a body made of deep-drawn sheet steel.
The 765 A bidirectional bases, compliant with LVD 2014/35/EU, are made of ABS with adhesive and suitable for cable ties up to 4.8 mm wide, offer good resistance to basic elements and greases, but limited to acids and do not resist solvents, thinners and petroleum products; they are self-extinguishing UL 94 - HB, have a humidity absorption of 0.1% and operate at temperatures between -10°C and +60°C, packaged in packs of 100 pieces.
The 765 B bidirectional bases, compliant with LVD 2014/35/EU, are made of adhesive-free ABS, compatible with cable ties up to 4.8 mm wide, offer good resistance to basic elements and greases, but limited to acids and are not resistant to solvents, thinners and petroleum products; they are self-extinguishing UL 94 - HB, have a humidity absorption of 0.1%, operate at temperatures between -10°C and +60°C, and are packaged in packs of 100 pieces, with dimensions of 27x6x4.8x6.5 mm.
