As soon as the courier takes charge of your order, you will receive an email notifying you of the shipment. Inside the email you will also find references to the tracking number so you can easily follow your shipment on the courier's website.

The average processing time of your order depends on various parameters: chosen payment method, geographical delivery area, availability of the goods, correctness of the specified shipping address.
If you choose to purchase by credit card, PayPal or cash on delivery before 10.30 am, your goods will most likely depart the same day you placed your order.
In case of payment by advance bank transfer: the products are entrusted to the courier after receiving the payment on the bank account (on average 3/5 working days after the payment has been made by the customer).

If you do not receive an email confirming shipment or a phone call from one of our operators within a week of placing your order (unless you have chosen bank transfer as payment and have not yet made the payment), please contact our customer service for more information.

Shipments are entrusted to express couriers with indicative deliveries in 48/72 hours.
For the regions of Southern Italy, Sicily, Sardinia, smaller islands and remote areas, delivery may require an additional day.

The above times are considered for regular shipments. Colombo Distribuzione srl does not assume responsibility for any shipments that do not respect the times indicated in the event of delivery delays by the Supplier or the Freight Forwarder, delivery delays due to transport strikes or due to force majeure.
