How much are the shipping costs?
Delivery costs depend on the weight/volume ratio of the product and start from € 8.95 VAT included in Italy.
For orders with a taxable value exceeding €150.00, shipping is free in Italy .

Can I specify a destination address different from the billing address?
Yes. During the registration process, you can enter a shipping address different from the billing address.
Which courier do you ship with?
Colombo Distribuzione srl entrusts its products mainly to 4 couriers: GLS, BRT, SDA and Poste Italiane. The assignment criterion depends on the weight of the package, the place of delivery and the type of goods. When the shipment is assigned to a courier, the warehouse generates an email containing the tracking code to monitor the status of the shipment and predict its delivery. Can I collect the goods held at the courier's warehouse?
If the shipment enters storage at the logistics base of your area, you can request via email authorization for collection in storage and release of delivery. The request must be forwarded to info@colombodistribuzionesrl.it indicating the order number and the branch of your area. The authorization will be immediately forwarded to the branch of your area. An identity document will be required at the time of collection.
Does the courier deliver on Saturday?
Delivery takes place every day, except holidays, from Monday to Friday .
However, it is possible to request delivery on Saturday by contacting customer service before ordering to verify the additional costs.
Is there a telephone warning before delivery?
The courier is always given your telephone number in case of particular problems during delivery, but this does not automatically imply a telephone warning.

Do you deliver abroad?
NO if you purchase with credit cards online; Colombo Distribuzione srl can only accept orders with delivery within the territory of the Italian state.
However, it is possible to arrange a delivery outside the national territory by contacting the assistance before ordering to verify the transport costs.
Where can I find the bank transfer details?
The bank details are present in the order confirmation email and available on the site on the " Payment Options " page.
Can I send you an email with proof of the transfer to immediately unlock the order?
In case of payment by Advance Bank Transfer, the shipment of the ordered goods will only take place upon actual crediting to the Colombo Distribuzione srl account, which must occur within 5 working days from the date of acceptance of the order, after which the order is automatically considered cancelled.
The reason for the bank transfer must include the order identifier, which is released in the order confirmation email. To hold the goods in the warehouse pending credit on the c/c, you can send the receipt of the transfer by email.
How can I check the progress of my order?
